TTC day 33 of cycle, negative tests but some symptoms

Hi
I came off the pill in October and we are TTC.
My period is 11 days late, done a few tests and all were straight and clear negatives apart from one which I thought was a positive but it disappeared. Some people say this was dye moving across the test.
I have had no symptoms apart from the odd bout of nausea / dizziness. I am day 33 of the cycle and last night experienced severe discomfort in my abdomen. I felt very sick and had pain to the point I thought I would never get to sleep. Today, my sharp on and off pains are localised to my lower left abdomen and pelvic region. I also believe my breasts aren't overly sore or anything but my nipples are when pressed. I have no idea at this stage what is going on??? Had anyone with longer or irregular cycles found they didn't get a BFP until much later? I am already so sad when I get my hopes up. So basically, lower left pain, sore nipples, late period, breaking out in spots which is abnormal for me, negative tests??

If the hcg was strong enough to cause pregnancy symptoms then it would be strong enough to show on a pregnancy test. I also saw your other post and that was definitely not a positive test, it was just due to the dye moving across. I absolutely understand the desperation of symptom spotting, but at 11 days late there would be a clear positive by now. It’s very common for women to get an extended cycle occasionally or even to miss a period all together. If you continue to get the pains I would see a doctor.

Have you contacted your gp? I would recommend going to see them as a small percentage of ectopic pregnancies can give negative pregnancy tests and the pain you’re describe could be due to this. Sorry don’t mean to worry you but it’s worth getting checked out x

I thought it would be a clear positive but as shown so much over this forum alone, many don't test positive until a few weeks have passed or if ectopic etc. I am not symptom spotting, just simply stating that these are a couple of things that have made today and yesterday very uncomfortable indeed and not something I experience every cycle
