Do you stop drinking alcohol during the tww?
Or do you drink until you see pink?

No, I carry on as normal (food, drink and exercise)

The way I see it, if took 12 months that would be six months not doing things that make you happy and TTC is stressful enough without also cutting other things out.

I suppose the only exception would be cutting down for health reasons, but that wouldn't be just in the TWW if you see what I mean, that would be a lifestyle change to improve chances at conception.

I don't drink specific things so I would have a cider or a wine as low % vol but not vodka, gin etc after I have ovulated.

We conceived between Christmas and New Year and I was probably 80% wine and 20% cheese.

It's personal choice. I didn't drink any alcohol while TTC.

I abstain, but I am undergoing expensive fertility treatments so it's important to give it every chance possible.

If in a normal TTC situation, I probably would carry on as normal until I knew I was pregnant.
