Just wondering if anybody else has had a no show period after taking Angus Castus? I read so many positive stories about people falling pregnant after taking it so I thought I’d give it a try seeing as I am 3 years into no contraception with no success. I have tried other prenatal vitamins but all they have done is mess up my cycle and now I’m wondering if Angus Castus has done the same😥

I have been getting cramps but not like AF is coming and now I’m on CD53 with 2 bfn tests though not taken one for nearly 2 weeks as I can’t deal with the heartbreak. My chart was looking like I ovulated on CD23 after a peak opk on CD22 and a rise in temps but then the app removed my cover line as my temps are a bit up and down but still above where the cover line was x

Sorry to hear you're having difficulties. How old are you and how long have you been taking AC?

Hi I just turned 42 and have only been taking Angus Castus this cycle. I already have 2 grown up boys to a previous relationship so the doctors say I am fertile and my husbands semen analysis was normal too x

I used to take AC whilst TTC my first when my cycles were all over the place (untreated thyroid problems) and it seemed to do the trick, as it finally brought on ovulation in a 145 day cycle! However, the advice was to only take it up to ovulation. I think on that particular cycle I took it up to when I got a positive OPK, but on other more normal cycles I took it up to CD13.

Thank you. I don’t really know whether to carry on taking them or stop to see if I get my period. I have only taken them this cycle and have carried on as I’m not actually 100% sure I ovulated. I keep thinking maybe I had an anovulatory cycle and my af will come when it would be next due but my temps look like I have maybe ovulated. I am tracking opks to see if I get another peak x

angus cactus can increase the chances of developing an ovarian cyst from the folicle that ovulated (lots of stuff that promotes fertility can as it adjusts your hormone production) but if you've developed a cyst, even a small one, you won't get a period until it's gone down as it will continue to produce progesterone and maintain your lining until it's gone down

Do you use Fertility Friend? Can you post a screen shot?
