New to this! Is this an evap line?

I’m so sorry to be posting another one of these up but I didn’t want to take over someone’s else’s thread and upset anybody! I’m new to this and super anxious! I’m so unsure if this is an evap line or an actually a BFP? I’m 9dpo today and this was taken with FMU.

I forgot to add, I appreciate any opinions and advice! Thank you so much to everyone in this community, you’re secret angels!

Sorry, also forgot to add that I don’t mean a BFP, I mean a very faint line! 🤦🏽‍♀️ My head is all over the place this morning, sorry!

At 9dpo I would say that's hopeful. It's hard to see if it has colour, but try again in a couple of days and hopefully it will be obvious!

I can see a faint line, not clear if it's evap.

Give it another day or two and test again with FMU. I've had faint lines like this turn into pregnancies (currently 37 weeks with no 2), but also had them amount to nothing further.
9DPO is quite early, so fingers crossed you get a nice strong BFP in a couple of days 🤞🏻☺️

Thank you ladies! I’ve ordered some more FRER’s that’ll be delivered tomorrow so I’ll keep you updated! I had a look at the test and the line has gone though so imagine it was just an evap line?

After wasting loads of money on early tests, expensive tests to then go on to have an early mc my advice would be to just wait.
I was guessing lines an it seems just a waste now getting hopes up.

@Ch49091 honestly it's too early to fully tell if it's an evap or BFP. Try and stick it out till about 12 DPO then you will know for sure ☺️

FReR are well know for evap lines, and that line doesn’t look like it has any colour, sorry.
Leave it a couple of days and retest. Wishing you luck.

Thanks for all your advice! I’m going to do as you guys say and wait a minimum of 2-3 days before testing! I’m due AF on the 24th anyway, so if I’m going to try and keep myself busy!

That looks liked my + 9DPO test, so I'd say it's hopeful!

@timetosave i think you might be right as I’ve just woken up and done a test with FMU and It’s still faint but I don’t need to squint to see it. I used a FRER - I got a pack of two from boots yesterday and couldn’t help but use one yesterday which was obviously a BFN but the second one this morning is showing something. I’ll attach a picture - also used an easy @ home but nothing come up on that though

@Ch49091 I can see the line and think it's an early positive. Should be much darker in a couple of days!

@jenhens thank you! I really want to try and wait a few more days before testing again but my partner really wants to know if this is happening or not (our situation is complicated) so I’ll be testing again in the morning and hopefully will see something darker at 11dpo.

@Ch49091 I can definitely see something on the FRER! I found early on SMU was stronger than first for some reason (I was addicted to early testing!). Looks promising

Hope you don’t mind me jumping on OP but I’ve just used the boots ones and mine look similar! I’m 12dpo today.

@timetosave Second morning urine? Ahh I have DPD coming with my FRER between 9:56 and 10:56 so I’m going to try and hold off until they come as haven’t peed since this mornings test! If I can hold off I will take another and update! I’m so nervous though as I’ve just been having really bad AF like cramps, they’ve eased off now but it’s not looking good is it, especially this close to being due on.

@buckingmad Of course not, no! That test is deffo looking good! Was that with FMU? Fingers crossed it gets darker for you! When are you planning on retesting?

I don’t know if I saw a faint line before bed there was a white line then maybe a faint one . I don’t know what soo I am. Woken up and there is. A clear pink line on test from last night. Is this evap? The photo isn’t picking it up as easy as it is to see in real life

@Ch49091 yep fmu. Im going to go get a digital and either try and hold out for tomorrow morning or more likely try this afternoon.

@buckingmad I would be careful with the FRER as @ItsLoudInMyMind mentioned yesterday! So my delivery came and they were from two different batches so I got one test out from each batch and tried another easy@home for my SMU. They all came up stark negative (I imagine because it’s still fairly early?) but I did notice indent lines on both the FRER’s when I first opened them before using, so I was wary about them after POAS. I would say take another test on the morning with a FRER and maybe the CB digital? I have one CB digital but saving it for either tomorrow morning or day after. Fingers crossed for you though!

@Ch49091 mine wasn’t a FRER, was a boots one and it came up within the 3 mins. But I always worry about indents!

@babymumma1999 I can definitely see the line you're talking about but since it was negative when you did the test last night I wouldn't take it as a positive until you've done another to compare

Morning, just an update - I’ve done 2 FRER’s, 2 easy@home’s and a CB digital 6days early. Faint line on the FRER’s but nothing on the others. Think it must have been indent lines or something? I’m due AF on the 24th so surely something would’ve shown on the others so think I’m out. I’ll attach pictures of the FRER’s anyway (the faint line on the top one has started to fade but they look slightly darker in real life, and it seems like bottom one is actually pink but I’m going to be realistic and realise I’m out).
