Did I miss my Lh peak???

Hi All,

Im new to tracking ovulation with OPKs. I’m wondering do my tests look like I missed my Lh peak? I’m using the Premom app and I manually entered my Lh peak as CD9 because I was also experiencing a lot of fertile CM. I know this would mean I ovulated early but I wouldn’t be surprised as my cycles have been a bit strange lately. What do people think? Did I miss my Lh peak?

Do you normally have short cycles/ovulate early? If so, then yes...you probably have peaked. If not, I'd keep testing for a true positive

Well yes your peak was day 9 going by the strength of the line on the test..

@BabyMamma7 Unfortunately my cycles are very unpredictable as I have PCOS. They are usually long but have been shortening up over last few months due to a number of lifestyle changes. All my blood tests have indicated high Lh is not an issue for me so hoping OPKs may work for me. I’ve also found my CM is a fairy reliable indicator of ovulation for me. I think your right though I will continue to test incase I detect another peak.

I had a high reading around the same time as you and I thought maybe that was my peak. I kept testing though and around a week and a half later I got my actual peak which went up to 1.26 on premom. I felt ovulation happen the day after and got my BFP 2 days ago. 100% keep testing, I don’t think your there yet

Also I had EWCM with the first rise but I didn’t get any really afterwards, still definitely ovulated. EWCM isn’t always a sign of ovulation and it can happen several times in your cycle

Loads of people have 2 surges and only ovulate on the 2nd one. That first "peak" isn't very high.

I'd suspect your going to ovulate in a few days, so keep testing.

@Twoinapod @Got2besoon Thanks for the advice! I was wondering if it was normal to have a mini surge earlier in my cycle. That seems to make more sense than ovulating this early when it’s not typical for me. I’ll keep testing and hopefully find my true peak!
