I just thought I’d start this thread to see if there is anyone else in the tww and wants to chat? Maybe stop ourselves going insane 😂 currently 3/4 days po I think x

Yes holding out for a stronger line before I tell dp as it’s his first so fingers crossed for the weekend but he’s working loads so we hardly will see each other although it’s going to be so hard to not say anything x

I’m actually thinking of getting one of these tops for my daughter and telling him this way

@Holly03 that’s how we’re planning on telling both sets of grandparents! I keep talking to my little girl about how she’s going to be a big sister…she’s 18 months 😂 unless I’m talking about baby shark or our cat she literally couldn’t care less.

Told my partner this morning and he was less excited than I expected 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️... He says it's because it's such early days and anything could happen and he doesn't want me to get my hopes up too much to potentially be let down again... Which I know is true, but a bit of a downer for me 😅

I also (don't really know why) just did an opk as I'd still been tracking in the days after o, and it looked like this... So now I'm a bit concerned?! Anyone ever had a dark-ish opk and a positive pregnancy test? (I'm 11dpo and it went down to literally nothing the last time I tested at 8dpo) so... Bit concerning... x

@HannahLouD OPKs can pick up the pregnancy hormone so it's very normal to have a darker OPK when pregnant, nothing to worry about :)

AF due this week, Flo app says yesterday but I think it’s tomorrow/Thursday. Did a test this morning and thought it was negative, went back maybe an hour later to put it in the bin and saw a faint line. Does anyone know what this means?

@HannahLouD sending positive vibes, apparently opk’s do pick up the pregnancy hormone as someone else has said x

@SnookyPook @Mummy1502 I'll keep testing. I'm just worried that the line should be darker by now. But no sign of AF yet and until she turns up, we can't rule anything out.

@Mummy1502 hmm maybe - not sure how sensitive they are? Used mine at 14dpo when AF was a day late. Maybe save it just to be sure? Xx

I've resisted testing again this morning but will probably check tomorrow just to see how line progression looks! I've got a bag of the internet cheapies ones!

@Mummy1502 I think perhaps 10 or 11. I did ovulation tests all month but then I got a really dark reading cycle day 17/18 which is a little late. It is only my second month TTC so still trying to understand what all the tests actually mean
