Could I still be in with a chance?

I had a miscarriage back in November and my periods returned quickly, I’m now 2 days late I did take a cheap test this afternoon that was negative but I’ve been having cramps especially in my back and at one point a stabbing pain on my right side that went away after 15 mins, I’ve been nauseous (vomited yesterday) and feeling dizzy. Although the test was negative could there still be a chance?

You’re not out until AF shows up. It could be that you ovulated late and hcg hasn’t built up enough yet. Unfortunately pre AF symptoms are exactly the same as early pregnancy symptoms.

It’s the nausea that’s getting me the most, I went to sneeze on Friday and gagged for a few minutes after, even now I’m feeling sick. I guess it’s just a waiting game now

Hey,

I am in a similar situation to you OP. Although my AF is now 8 days late. I have spent all weekend in bed with bad nausea and vomiting.

As the lady above said, you are not out until AF arrives!!
