Different test results Digi Vs non - line eyes help

Been TTC #1 since July. AF due yesterday, nothing, took two non digital test this evening and got faint lines. Did a clearblue digital that said not pregnant. Flo app says if I am pregnant it's only day 12. Boobs are huge and felt crampy twinges for about a week. Any opinions please?! So confused and never been in this situation. Thank you xx

Digitals always have 2 lines. But they also require a higher amount of hgc. So I definitely see it on the normals. Congratulations!!

Ditch the blue dye pregnancy tests, only pink! I wouldn't take it as positive personally. I use clear blue, but only for ovulation testing

Thanks @MamaGeePee - I also didn't use first morning urine, as I tested this evening when AF hadn't arrived all day. Would you recommend waiting until Sunday to retest?

@Mummyo1 why pink only? The lines on my non digital tests appeared within 3 minutes...

Did you use a different wee for the line tests compared to digital? If you still early there might not be enough hcg for a non concentrated wee! I’d try again tomorrow xx

Blue dye tests are notoriously inaccurate. Id get a pink dye. Digitals need a higher level of hcg to show, don’t take them apart though, they can’t be read like that

Looks like an obvious blue line to me :) Those are sensitive tests too at 10miu. If the digi you used was the weeks indicator then they need at least 25miu to read positive which would be why it came up negative.

Thanks @TheBirdintheCave that's so helpful - it was a week's Indicator one. I'll try another pink test tomorrow, haven't tested today.

Hi all, was out all day so didn't have a chance to test. Got home this evening and did a FRER with pink dye, as advised. Urine very diluted as the end of the day, but...guess I'm pregnant! Can't really believe it. Will test with first morning urine tomorrow.
