Anyone else with 1 ovary?

I need positive stories as I'm starting to loose hope 🤦🏻‍♀️
I had my right ovary removed in July 2021 due to a dermoid cyst, have also previously had one on my left ovary... Have now been TTC since Jan 2022, I'm now on cycle 14 of trying!
I have alternate cycle lengths, one month 23-24 days, the next 26-27 days... Does anyone else with 1 ovary have this? I'm very regular in the sense that it's alternate 😂

Thank you for starting this thread :) My left ovary and tube was also victim to a 'massive' (apparently that's the technical term!) dermoid cyst in 2019 and I've been wondering what it might mean for me. Only started TTC this year so taking a laid back approach for now!
