Is it possible to ovulate early after a chemical pregnancy?

Or are you more likely to ovulate later?
I have a pinching feeling in my left ovary. I don't get that every month I ovulate but I'm not a stranger to the pain. I haven't been tracking ovulation but I'm just wondering if it's possible to ovulate early after a chemical pregnancy. I'm currently CD11.
Has anybody ovulated earlier after a chemical?

Hi OP,

Yes it is.

I had a chemical whilst trying for my second and I ovulated 10 days after the bleeding stopped. Anecdotally there's a lot of stories out there about being very fertile after a loss and I found this to be the case with me as when that ovulation happened I fell pregnant with my second who is now two years old Smile

Good luck xx

I think earlier. I had a chemical month and I could feel the twinges in my ovary and some symptoms of ovulation around cycle day 10 or 11 but I couldn't test nor could we do the deeds because the bleeding didn't stop until cycle day 14. I'm now on cycle day 22 and nothing so I assume I ovulated really early this cycle after the chemical

Thank you for both of your replies!
I stopped bleeding on CD6 so I'm not sure if by CD11 I could be ovulating already?
I suppose bodies can be strange when they want to be! We dtd last night so I'm hoping if I am ovulating that I've caught it this month

@WishToBeContent you can definitely ovulate on cd11. You can ovulate earlier but anything before cd10 would result in the egg likely not reaching full maturity. Same if you ovulate too late , the egg would be too old , both of which could result in a problem with the pregnancy i.e chemical. Getting pregnant is such a complicated process 😫
