Is there any chance I’m pregnant or just wishful thinking?

So my husband and I have been trying for a baby but not religiously as we’ve had a lot of stress in the last year and I didn’t want to add pressure to it so didn’t expertly track anything. I was using my Flo app which I take with a pinch of salt and watch for signs I’m ovulating in my body.

Anyway long story short I thought I was pregnant but was waiting for my period but had what I thought was symptoms but then AF came . However she started extremely light with just a light pinky - I’m usually more dark brown when I start. Sorry for the TMI. The next day was heavier and more bright red but still lighter than I would have but enough to make go ok period not pregnant.

The thing is my period only really lasted 2.5 days and the last day wasn’t really much at all not even enough for a full pad.

is there any chance I’m pregnant or just clutching at straws? I am still suffering with heartburn and was up 2-4am this morning seriously nauseous but could be side effect of the heartburn.

thanks for listening and sorry for the long and probably very stupid question.

Thanks!

It is possible that you’ve had some implantation bleeding. From my pregnancies I learnt that our bodies can do some weird and wonderful things..
Take a test 🤞

I'd say it's unlikely, sounds like you had a different to normal period which is not unusual.

Why don't you nip down to the nearest shop, buy a test and find out?

It’s very unlikely OP, sorry. I empathise with the straw clutching though 💐

Sounds unlikely, how old are you? Perhaps you could get a check up from doctors if age isn't on your side and you've not used contraception for a year.
