FRER Testing - time of day?

Heyhey,

has anyone found varying results in time of day with FRER tests? I know clearblue (which I’ve been using for the past year) advises to do tests at the start of the day.

i used a FRER this evening and got this result but trying not to get too excited- will confirm with a digital in the morning

The reason for doing tests first thing in the morning is that your urine is most concentrated at this time, so you have more of the pregnancy hormone (HCG) in it, so a positive is more likely to show up.

The test you've posted if 100% positive, congratulations!

If you do another in the morning the line will likely be darker. Don't compare different brands of tests though, as they may not contain the same amount or colour of dye.

That’s positive congratulations 😊. The line isn’t that dark yet though so may not show positive yet on a digital unless it’s an early detect digital. Digitalis are less sensitive than frers

How many DPO are you?

A line is positive OP- regardless of how dark it is! Congrats.

Just took another and the digital. Can’t believe it. It’s been a long road to get here. Hopefully all goes well!
