Male fertility vitamins?

Hi,

does anyone have any male fertility vitamins recommendations which a specialist has recommended to them?

There’s a lot on the market when I just Google it and I want some which are actually worth the hype!

Not specialist recommended but from general research:
coq10
L carnitine
L arganine
folate
maca root and/or ashwaganda
vitamin c d e
omega 3
Most of these are good for males and females

If you are after an all in one, I know that some clinics recommend proxeed

Proxeed. We were told to use this by our fertility doctor before IVF.

We both took it and I got pregnant on month 4 of taking it, twice

DP takes Wellman conceive and after reading, we’ve both just started taking an omega 3 as well. Since it’s not worked yet you may want to keep an open mind though 🤣🤦‍♀️
