thought i had my period

Hey all,
so im pretty sure i got pregnant this month, i had symptoms and a positive premom test but then i had a day where i bled for like an hour and then it stopped so i thought implantation bleed. Two days later i started bleeding again but different to normal, i had 1 day of spotting then one day of flow but not a full flow as it didnt fill a pad. I changed the pad at night time and next morning it only had a few bits of blood and then it went back to spotting.
All my symptoms went though so now im puzzled as my cervix feels soft and my boobs have loads of tree like purple veins still and the white montgomery glands.
what do you think?

iv also noticed me drinking alot more than normal

Have you done another test?

No I’m going to do one in the morning I just thought I would see what others thought

I used a frer this Mornin don’t think I see anything but I Made a mistake and left the wee sat for about 4hr before I tested

This really is baffeling, I have been constantly checking my cervix to see what’s going on, it’s still soft but also just noticed a bit of blood on my finger.
