Pregnant on the pill - when to test?

Hopefully you can help me…

I am thinking that I may be pregnant - lots of early symptoms.

I am on the pill but last month totally messed up taking it a number of times. Started the pack late too.

Have been testing negative for the past couple of days but thinking now I may be testing too early.

I was due to start last months pill pack on 5th December but actually started it on 8th. I also missed a few here and there throughout the month. Have had sex various times throughout the month.

Does anyone have any idea when I should be testing as I wouldn’t have any idea when/if I’ve ovulated with taking the pill on and off?

Thanks in advance!

In theory if you have symptoms that definitely pregnancy symptoms then you will have implanted and should show up on an early test like a frer maximum 3 days after implantation (usually 1-2 days)

It could also be hormones from not taking the pill properly.

Do you want to be pregnant? Does your partner know you wasn’t taking your pill properly this cycle and having unprotected sex knowing you had missed pills and started taking it late?
