Ttc for 3 cycles
c1 i was 5 days late
c2 we missed the window as DH was Ill. Af on time
c3 - this cycle, I was due yday and still no sign.
my cycles have been very very regular since I came off birth control 18 months ago except for one month when we had a bc failure, I was 5 days late then too.

each time I’m late all tests are negative.
What’s happening? Should I go to my gp? They’ve already told me they don’t do anything until 12 months

Do you track your ovulation with opk’s or bbt? If not you may not be late it could be that you ovulated a bit later so AF will come a bit later. This happens to every woman occasionally especially when ttc as we stress a little more about ttc which can delay ovulation

No, I’m going to start, it just seems like a big coincidence that I would ovulate late then, the 3 only times in my life that I’ve not used BC. It’s the fact that it went back to normal the month we missed the window too.
But maybe it’s just stress like you say!

The first cycle we started ttc #2 I ovulated nearly a week late so AF came a week late. My period had never been that “late” before apart from when I was pregnant with my daughter of course. Then I had covid which messed my cycles up. Now it’s all back to normal (touch wood). Apparently we can be stressed without actually feeling stressed or realising we are.

fingers crossed it gets back to normal for you asap. If you’re under 35 then it is a year until docs will look into things as you say and as long as you ovulate (which they do bloods for) then it’s hard going to get further help quickly unfortunately.
