Male infertility tips and home semen analysis

has anyone got any advice for male factor infertility? DP has a low count and morphology. He’s been on proxeed for 3 months and I hope this has made a difference.
Does anyone have any recommendations for home semen testing kits? Or is there anything else we should be considering?
Everything looks okay my end (apart from age, am 39) and I get frustrated sometimes that we were trying for long without knowing the problem was with DP.
Any advice gratefully received- Thankyou.

has he had his hormones checked?
try not to think of it as a “him” problem, it should always be a problem you’re facing together.. as hard as it is to control your mind! from experience even letting these thoughts in really mess with your head and can cause resentment. It’s all about patience and you’re now one step closer knowing that he needs some treatment ♥️
has he had one semen analysis done or two?

Thanks so much for your reply.
he’s just had the one semen analysis and not had his hormone levels checked.
maybe it’s best done through his GP, I just thought there might be an option to do these tests online.

Definitely worth checking hormones, thyroid and testosterone especially make a big difference.. the gp should do it if you request it ☺️
