Question about PREGANACY TESTS, im confused!

I did a cheapy ebay test today... really, really faint line there i thought.

I did another about an hour later, again looks like really,really, really faint line again.

went to the shop and bought '1st response' - negative.

Ive just looked at the 2nd ebay cheapie i did (binned the first) and theres definatly a line, now i know about evap lines but its slightly pink, its not grey like an evap should be.

The 1st response is def still neg.

Do you think that becasue it was the 3rd pee within hours the 1st response is wrong?

Or are the cheapies just lying to me?

how long did you leave it before you read it? If it was after 10 mins, it can be a ev. line

I took it apart because i saw the line and wanted to hold it upto the light, it didnt appear after i did that. It wa salready there.

Only thing to do is wait a few days.

The only thing i can say is the one i did yesterday thta was neg - the line is white, like see through.

The one downsatirs (which has no gone funny so im gonna bin it) the line on that had a pink pink, definate pinkness at both top & bottom.

no, not pregnant, AF turned up an hour or so later, on time.

Yes I was pregnant (but miscarried three weeks later), and there was a very clear line showing I was pregnant, but also a second line off centre that appeared immeidately - in fact I saw it appearing and assumed that was the positive line unitl I realised it wasn't in the centre, and there was the real pregnancy line.

just asking cos i did a cheap test when pregnant with ds that also wasn't where it should be but i was pregnant nonetheless.

I had a very faint dot (it was a predictor one), so faint that I had to hold it agains the light and I was wondering is it, isn't it... So rushed out to get a clearblue and it was a BFP in a very clear blue colour. So very faint lines can be a BFP. DD(4) is here to show it.

this is why I don't trust some of these tests. I think they can be misleading in some of there claims. I have also had two false negetives, despite testing several days after AF is due, and having high levels of pregnancy hormones (shown by blood tests).

I have a clearblue now which DH has hidden and i will do it on saturday.

I dont think I have pregnancy symptoms, i have AF cramps.

And Im also weeing alot but I do that anyway! lol PMSL (literally )

took the test this afternoon and i am pregnant!!! i have an 11 month son so i will be rushed off my feet!! Congrats Disenchanted
