Has anyone any success stories of not ovulating then ovulating?

Hello

so I’m ttc number 2, DS is 4 nearly 5. Been trying for a while now.

I have regular 28day periods (this month did arrive 4 days early but I had a close family member pass away so likely due to stress)

I have a regular 5 days of ewcm, I’ve even had positive ovulation tests. I can’t bbt due to shift work.

However.. I’ve had all my fertility blood tests all ok except progesterone.. it was 16 the first time. I’ve had it rechecked this time and it was 21.7 they like it to be over 30 to confirm ovulation.

im awaiting a fertility referral but obviously would love to just manage this naturally if there’s a way.

so I’m taking Coq 10 ubiqunol and myo insitol as well as others fertility supplements. Eating a Mediterranean diet and lost 2 stone. I’m also due to start acupuncture this week.

is there any success stories out there and tell me what you tried? Anything to give me some hope.

Bump or even anyone out there that knows they’re not ovulating and awaiting fertility clinic

Yes, almost an identical story to yours. Progesterone in that middle ground that can't confirm ovulation. Ovulation tests showing positive results around day 14 of every cycle. But I'm sure I wasn't ovulating most of the time because I could usually feel a sharp pain when I did ovulate. I was prescribed Clomid which did result in one pregnancy. Have also conceived 3 pregnancies naturally. Every time I took iron supplements as my ferritin was around 20 (there are studies which evidence ferritin under 30 can prevent ovulation) and also lost weight (my BMI was around 32 but getting it under 30 coincided with the pregnancies). Wishing you the best of luck.
