Hi all, hoping for a bit of support or advice really. Don't have anyone else to speak to as we haven't told anyone we are TTC.

I came off my POP BC at the beginning of this year and recently started tracking, I've had somewhat irregular cycles; 34, 29, 27, 39, 27 and 37. This cycle was a bit different to the others, I started taking Vitamin D and I think my ovulation was delayed, had a positive on CBAD on CD19 but LH strips were all over the place. My period didn't come until CD38. I don't temp so can't confirm ovulation 100% occurred.

This is the first time I've had a really heavy period, I'm having to change my pad way more often than I ever have in my life. I'm a little worried as this is quite unusual for me, it's not something I've ever experienced before, even before I started taking BC. Is this normal fluctuation? Is there anything that could have influenced this? Sorry, trying to educate myself more on menstrual cycle etc and the TTC journey.

Thank you.
