If you haven't already then I'd start taking pregnacare (although the tablets are big so can sometimes make any nausea worse), if you can't take those then folic acid and vitamin D are important so can be taken as separate tablets. Definitely worth taking.

@Diamondbabe I've been told to take 150mg of aspirin a day because I had a low hormone on my 12 week scan but I think you should only take it if advised by midwife/GP etc.
