Anyone TTC #2 naturally ? (First pregnancy IVF)

Our baby boy is 10 months old, in 6 months or so we would like to start trying for a second. We had IVF for our first because of PCOS and low sperm count. They did say it was possible to conceive naturally but a lower chance. We tried for 18 months with our first and then conceived with IVF /ICSI first time.
Wondering if anyone is ttc their second and in a similar situation? I think we would give it 2 years before considering IVF again.

Was low sperm count the only issue on the male side? May I ask what it was? We’ve had one poor result out of four, with the count at 10mil/ml and 42m overall count and we were given a 10-15% chance of natural conception but been trying for 18 months so far and no luck. We don’t really know if this is our true issue though as we already have naturally conceived children and previous tests have been okay. We were just about to go for IVF before we got this latest curve ball

We have a double whammy as I have PCOS and ovulate irregular. Low sperm count is caused by varoceile. My partner is very healthy and into his fitness etc so it wasn't down to life style. Can't remember exact count. I think it was something like 5 million total. I know it was very low. We were gutted. We have a beautiful boy though now so clearly some good sperm in there! X
