Hi ladies,

Just the title really. I'm 21 weeks pregnant on Tuesday qnd I have felt no movement at all. I feel like I get the odd bubbles occasionally and what not but certainly no movement. Shouldn't I have felt movement by now? Its my first pregnancy, I have a posterior low placenta.

I did ask midwife, and she said it was normal for some women not to get movement till up to 24 weeks, but I just feel like it should have happened by now.

Any insight please? Thanks xxx

@LargeHadronCollidHER it's just your post lacks any empathy for a worried pregnant woman.

At that gestation movements are just little flutters / taps, and often few and far between. Especially for a first time mum it sounds really normal ❤️

Posterior placement is like having a soft cushion in the way and is probably why you can't feel it yet. x

Perhaps you should post on the pregnancy forum. This is the conception forum for women who are trying to get pregnant

I know this was a few years since this was posted but I've only came across your post now...

I am the same as you I am 21 weeks+ 1 day and I haven't felt her move at all I feel what I think is flutters at night but it doesn't last long I've got a posterior placenta! When did you feel her kick?
