Ttc first baby

Is there anyone on here and want to chat? I'm trying to concieve my first baby in the next few weeks is when I'll start my journey x

@lucya66 I'm in a very similar boat as you! A few days away from ovulation, Friday according to my app, but already stressing about the TWW. Last month was our first proper month TTC so hoping for a BFP this month now. Let me know how you get on and if you need anyone to symptom spot with as I will watching every little twinge etc 😂

TTC #1 too.

came off contraceptive injection July 2021.
still irregular bleeding probably due to PCOS.

Im on CD39 today.
We have our first fertility appointment 17th November.

I’m really trying to not be stressed by it all but it’s so difficult.

finger crossed some of you get BFPs this month.

Thought I’d update yous this morning. The line is slightly more prominent than yesterday but still faint. It does have a pink tinge to it in real life that the camera hasn’t picked up yet but still feeling unsure. When compared to yesterdays sitting them side by side it is slightly stronger. What do yous think?

@Beepops22 @ChateauProvence ahh thanks honestly can’t believe it, doesn’t feel real! Trying to be cautious but at the same time know I’m gonna end up going window shopping today and look at cute baby bits 😂 get me to this time next week or so when I’ve a better idea 😬
@ChateauProvence how are you feeling this morning have you still cramps and backache??

@LMTx oh I would be exactly the same!!! So so exciting. Still got back ache, cramps, nausea, but no AF and another negative test. I feel so tearful as I just want AF to come so I can try again now. It’s just all very odd

I am also ttc my first, we got married in the summer and this is our 3rd cycle trying. I’m currently on cd9 so just waiting for ovulation now. I use easy@home OPK tests and once I get a peak I use the clear blue digital to confirm. Trying to chill out a bit more this month as I’ve been getting a bit obsessive with it all the past couple of months 🙈

Thank you, I’ve really tried not to stress about it, but it’s so difficult.
Going to the appointment with an open mind, heard both good and bad things about it all so we will see how it goes. It’s hopefully a step forward.

@Beepops22 me too 🙈 I went for a smear test today and was cheating to the nurse about ttc, she told me to stop using the OPKs and just relax. I feel like it’s so much easier said than done though!

@buttercupbee we keep saying we will try until the end of the year but then I want a few months of being careful as we have a few big events early next year where I either want to be pregnant enough to tell people or not pregnant at all. I know for a fact that if it hasn't happened by December there will be no way my brain will let me not obsess about have a few months off.
The nurse is right but I don't know how to not overthink it all 😂

I am now a week late , did a clear blue digital and was negative so I really do just need to accept its not my month but I really want AF to come so I can try again. I’m still getting cramps, back ache and bad skin - really feel fed up!!

@ChateauProvence so sorry you're still testing negative. Are you going to test again before your doctors appointment on Monday? Hopefully your doctor will be able to give you some explanation xx

@Beepops22 aww fingers crossed for you getting a BFP soon. I’m in my 6 day cycle of ovulation now. I’m doing everything I can think of to make it happen haha. It is strange how hard my baby fever has hit me. I came off coil a year ago and didn’t “try” but just thought I might get pregnant, but I didn’t. Then I suddenly felt like I needed to do it asap. Baby fever hit me like a truck. I wonder if it’s hormones?

how are you getting on?

@Beepops22 i have one more test left indoors so think I’ll test again either Sunday or Monday morning and then see what the doctor says…feels very draining

@ChateauProvence So sorry - Been reading through this thread rooting for you! I'm fairly regular but sometimes get ridiculously long cycles, have often thought it must be so frustrating when ttc.

I'm just starting ttc this month and am also surprised at how quickly it has become all I think about! Should be ovulating tomorrow ish so in for my first dreaded tww!

Sorry to hear that af arrived a bit late.

I’ve been dtd every other day during ovulation and have come to the end of the 6 days now. So it’s the TWW and I have a holiday abroad so I can take my mind off it all now.
