Not sure what's happening with my OPK's
So according to my OPK's, I thought I had ovulated last Tuesday and on the Wednesday I had an Increase in BBT, however... last Monday early morning (which is the same day I had the peak tests) I had a sickness bug and so not sure if this has disrupted my ovulation?
My OPK's normally go really light after I've ovulated but they still seem quite high (for me) - do you think it's likely that being sick meant that my body didn't actually end up ovulate even though it tried. so it might try to again now?!
