Early pregnancy symptoms vs endometriosis pain

If there is anything who suffers with endo and has also been pregnant before, did your early symptoms feel the same as your normal endo pain? I'm late, having the same usual pains, except they're coming and going day by day (which is unusual for me. Tests still BFN.

• Deep burning pelvic/back pain
• Bloating
• Heavy/fullness in lower belly
• Fatigue
• Frequent urination

For me op my endo pains stopped entirely throughout both my pregnancies but I tend to get the pain more around ovulation time so might be different for you x
