looking for advice from anyone who has been in a similar position as I’m getting anxious but hopefully irrationally!
i stopped taking the combined pill 3 weeks ago and no immediate withdrawal bleed
about one week ago, I had awful cramps, bloating and back aches for a number of days, then sore breasts after- i thought It may be ovulation ?
then today, one week later, some blood arrived.
im confused as the pains indicated ovulation to me, but a 7 day gap would mean a very short and worrying luteal phase ? (I’ve always had c 21 day cycles but this seems v short)
if it’s withdrawal bleed instead, then I wonder what the awful pain about a week ago was?
any thoughts welcome. I’ve come on here as I’m aware it’s likely too early to ask a Dr and haven’t had very helpful responses on the past …
