Hello! For background - I Had my coil removed in Jan and immediately started BBT measuring. Started TTC in July and since then have been regularly using OPKs. It’s become clear to me that I do not regularly ovulate - since Jan my cycles range 29 - 54 days and have only had 2 cycles with an ovulation confirmed by BBT. I’ve spoken to my doctor about this and am awaiting blood tests.

Im on CD 25 and had a positive OPK on CD15, no temp rise. Then everyday since CD22 I’ve had blazing positive OPKs, fourth one in a row today. Still no temp increase. Does anyone know what’s going on?!

I’m not expert but could it be pcos as people with pcos can have multiple LH surges in a cycle and not ovulate every cycle. Also have cycles ranging various amount of days (by a lot not just a few days). Or maybe your body is still getting back to normal from the coil.

Thanks, I think that’s definitely a possibility. Starting investigation with the docs so hopefully get some answers soon!

@Bookworm9319 fingers crossed all get sorted soon. A bit of good news for you is that a friend of mine has had pcos for years and conceived her child in less than a year. She never discussed how long but I know it was less than a year as she had only met her partner a year before.
