How long after implantation for a positive test?

Had very sharp stabbing pain on right side of tummy at 8dpo that lasted about a minute. Had tiny bit of brown spotting that night then next morning had red but light bleeding for probably 2/3 hours. Felt very dizzy when getting into bed last night which never usually happens. Currently 10dpo and today it’s just light pink/brown when I wipe, plus mild lower back pains.

How long should I wait before testing? AF should be due Sunday but got an early response test and not sure I’ll be able to wait!

I had that stabbing pain at 4/5DPO with my son, discovered later it was the side I’d ovulated from and there were a couple of cysts there (totally normal, they do something to implantation with hormones) tested positive at 10DPO. Didn’t get that feeling this time though. Test, just go for it.

Had you tested inbetween those days or was 10dpo your first test?

Think I will later, been holding a wee for a few hours already I may aswell!

@dreaminginvintage in my previous pregnancy I had cramping at 5/6 dpo tested postive at 6/7 dpo! X

@dreaminginvintage I got a negative at 8DPO then a clear positive on a FRER at 10DPO

BFN this evening. Pretty sure it’s just AF coming really early as seems to be more blood now, maybe I didn’t ovulate when I thought this month. Never mind 😪
