AF due on 10th Oct. Anyone want to join?

Hey everyone,

This is my third cycle ttc after a MC at 10 weeks in March. I’m really hoping this is the month because my baby would’ve been due soon and the prospect of facing the due date without being pregnant again feels really hard.

I’m due next Monday 10th and wondered if anyone else due around the same time wanted some company while we keep fingers crossed for a BFP? xxxx

Thank you so much @monsteramunch i had a m/c at 9.5 weeks pregnant in March and I’ve had two early/chemical since - this would be third. Feel like there must be something fundamentally wrong x

Are you having any medical investigations at all or have the docs said they'll need to wait longer?

So sorry u had a bad time of it. This is my first planned pregnancy I've got 2 boys one boy in heaven. It makes it so much more frustrating when planning

My vvvvfl has completely gone now, so not sure what that was all about, AF due today, but had a longer cycle last month so not sure if she will arrive. Just going to wait for her visit patiently now!

Congratulations @Rose785 lovely strong lines there! Can I ask when you tested positive and if your having any symptoms?

I've tested yesterday and today, had the faintest lines. Tried to photograph it but won't even show up on that, but DH sees it! Trying not to get my hopes up, but testing twice daily in the hope it gets darker! My cycles are short so CD26 today, I usually get AF between 23-27 days.

Thanks everyone, it's very surreal feeling especially after a solid 6 months of negatives! @toucanfly I tested the day after my missed period, and can honestly say I feel no different to how I do when my period is about to start, the same PMS type cramps and sore boobs, the only difference is no period, other than that no different. I feel exactly the same.

@2022TTCBaby1 why do our bodies do this to us???!!! I went back over my last 2 years of periods and I haven't had such long periods until TTC

@missmoosh i know its cruel!! Body wants to play tricks on us!

@2022TTCBaby1 any updates? I tested again this morning and still BFN...hoping if I'm not then AF will come today/over night, then it will be the same length cycle as last month, even though that was longer than I have ever had. Keep thinking its coming as getting mild cramps on and off

Hi all. I was on this thread originally but was unsuccessful sadly. Now in my fertile window so trying again for a BFP in November!

My cycle is 24-26 days, we did it 16th, 17th probably won’t tonight, then tomorrow and day after. Got a flashy face this morning. Does that seem right?

@Mammamia23 I'm about to go into my fertile window this week... really hoping I'll be successful this time🤞🤞 We were dtd every day around fertile period the last 3 months so going to try less often this time. To me it doesn't make sense but feels like we tried so hard an nothing :/

Hi @Jacko10 yeah I’ve also heard doing it every day can actually be bad, but as you say doing it less doesn’t feel right - only thing is we will only do it 3-4 times during this window - is that the same as you? No idea if I’m getting it right! It’s our 2nd aswell so you’d think I know!

@Mammamia23 yes ours will probably be the same... though after posituve ovulation I have no idea how long to keep going 🤣🤣 Feeling like we might be stopping to early! It will be our 2nd too but we were incredibly lucky on 1st try that time 🙈 So much harder this time! X

@Jacko10 are you using clearblue sticks? I’ve normally dtd the day I get static face, then the day after.

yes I know what you mean. I feel there is so much more pressure this time. I’m definitely more stressed - obviously doesn’t help we’re getting older! Our boy is 19 months - how old is yours?

@Jacko10 I am and yes have been doing that but no luck so far! Fingers crossed for this month. He's nearly 3, kind of wish we hadn't waited so long now but definitely feel more ready now!!
