5dpo and am I actually crazy?

Hi ladies, I'm 5dpo today, this is my second month ttc, I'm excited but also worried what if I can't get pregnant altough i have no reason to think that. The crazy part is ive tested since like 2dpo obvs to hurt my own feelings 😂 anyone else 5dpo and losing their mind?

Hey @Addie96 lol I know the feeling. I’m 8dpo, haven’t tested yet but feel like I can’t possibly wait much longer, even though I probably will just try wait because I don’t want a negative test 🤣

Jeez I was thinking I must be about the same by now, went on my app and I’m only 3dpo 😂😭 this is our first month trying for our second and we’ve tried to be more laidback about it this time. Haven’t bought any tests yet but already decided I’m taking one at 10dpo

Lol it's so hard not to tho! when will you be testing? I bought cheap amazon tests about 30 of them so I'm hoping they'll last, I'm so impatient 😅

My periods due next Tuesday so I’m ideally going to see if I miss my period, god knows if I’ll actually make until then the temptation might be too much 🤣

How have you got on today?

I took a freedom strip test and that was negative but my two tesco tests both have vvfl so I went to get some more but they had none and i think it would be too early for CB so I got an asda test and im gonna test today 10dpo and tomorrow 11dpo if these are negative ill wait until AF is due on friday and see what happens 😆 I just want a clear answer now 😂😂😂

I feel gaslighted by those pregnancy tests 😂

@Addie96 if you're gonna test super early you need to spend money on a FRER. Cheap tests aren't sensitive enough and are also prone to evap lines

I don't know what to think atm I didn't think it would be this tricky to get a straight answer what the heck 🤔🤔🤔😑

@Addie96 I think it's likely going to be a yes in a few days but stop randomly testing with late in the day urine! Use a sensitive test (a FRER or clearblue ultra early, but FRER is better) and use first morning urine only

This is exacly what my partner said 😆 well it's only early days, I'll update here in a couple of days the outcome 😊
