TW: unplanned pregnancy. Was a ‘pulling pain’ a symptom for you?

I hope my TW was ok- I know there are a lot of people on here planning much wanted babies and I just wanted clarity that this isn’t really a happy symptom-spotting thread.

I don’t really know why I’m posting- I’m basically the person on yahoo answers asking ‘and I pregnanont?’ and you aren’t all clearblue tests.

13 weeks postpartum. Cosleeping, exclusively breastfeeding every 3-4 hours. I have a box of microgynon ready for the first day of my period when it begins. I have been having unprotected sex, but following all of the rules of lactation amenorrhea with daily OPKs and cervical mucus tracking with no hint of any peak of EWCM.

The past week I have been noticing a definite pulling sensation downwards. Internal, where I imagine my cervix to be. It’s not painful, just feels like pressure. Twinging, coming and going. Nothing else. I’m worried. I vaguely remember having these feelings in early pregnancy last year. I also noticed some very creamy discharge yesterday that I haven’t had since before DD was born.

Have ordered a FRER to come tomorrow but just wanted to vent. I’m so scared about what this means 😞

I have no comment other than to say my period did not come until I was 17 months post baby due to breastfeeding etc. You must have known the risks if you were having unprotected sex 🤷‍♀️
