If I were you I'd call a qualified herbalist and I'd ask the herbalist what are the active chemical compounds in the chasteberry then I would call a pharmacist who should know if the chemicals in the herb will interact badly with the synthetic chemicals in the anti-depressant.
A good herbalist should know and should also be happy to help.

Hi. I think Chasteberry is the same as Agnus Castus. My advice is to avoid unless you have nothing to lose - i.e. been trying for ages and ages and ages and no joy.
I took some just for a couple of weeks hoping they would boost things and am pretty sure they screwed up an otherwise regular cycle. Also wouldn't mix anything with anti-depressants unless you knew it was OK.
Atillathemeerkat is always on threads telling people to avoid them unless through a qualifed herbalist as they make some conditions worse not better. She's a doctor or similar qualified medical thingy

This looked like an interesting article about it. It might not be the herb you need unless you have progesterone problem. www.obgyn.net/displayarticle.asp?page=/pcos/articles/dunne_vitex
