Ivf transfer wait.. positive tests but progression anxiety!

Hi!

after 4.5 years and 2 rounds of ivf I have positive tests.. I have tested early and to my shock, and I mean total disbelief, I have positive tests. I’m so so worried that the line isn’t progressing and I’m going to lose this pregnancy… can anyone settle my mind? I’m terrified. Have done tests over 36 hours. Pics below

positive is positive…. Try not to compare lines as I really don’t think that is reliable.

I would take reassurance that you have had the BFP so early!

I've been there! After years of trying and ivf I've finally got the positive test - and I went completely bonkers! Spent the next 2 weeks testing, god knows how many times, comparing lines etc - but it's really not the best idea! The tests differ, even with the same brand the line was sometimes stronger, sometimes weaker... from time perspective I can see it wasn't good for me and only added more stress

@fermata yes! I found out on Friday and felt overjoyed and thinking of my due date and my daughter with her new sibling (all bfp bliss stuff) then woke up yesterday and felt so scared and like I couldn’t be excited yet. I read loads about chemical pregnancy’s and now feel convinced it will happen to me. I think it’s because I feel a bit naughty testing early, the clinic said it’s a big no no so that’s made me wonder more too.. thanks for your knowledge 🤩

They are lovely lines I tested positive 5 days after a 5 day blast and even with a huge bleed that came through my jeans I now have a lovely 2 years old boy congratulations op I can't say the worry will stop but try and enjoy xx

@KatK2 my first and second beta come back low and slow rising. Currently sitting in early pregnancy unit hopefully to get bloods done and a scan. No sign of miscarrying but fed up of not knowing what’s going on. X

That’s really difficult @BlueMumma2018 Hoping there is a little miracle for you and maybe just a slow riser. I bled quite soon after my chemical and my test went to negative pretty quickly too so there is still hope for you💕 I’m just paranoid about another chemical but my lines seem better than the last time so far 🤞🏻
