Hey.. I’m completely new to this and it’s my first time TTC and already I feel like I’m going insane.

I usually have very regular periods 25-28 days. However I’m now on Cycle day 41, no period (no sign of it coming either) and 3 negative tests 😕

I’ve not really had any kind of symptoms apart from dull lower backache and bloating .. am I testing too early? I’m feeling so confused as I have read most get a bfp when their period is due .. I’m now about 11 days late 😔

I am in a very similar situation at the moment and currently 9 days late which is very unusual for me. Do you know when you ovulated? As that might help you work out when to test.

For me, I believe I ovulated much later than usual as I was quite unwell this month. We only had unprotected sex on the day my period was due, 9 days ago so I think it's still a little early for me to start testing, I will probably wait until Saturday and then test if still no period.

I've also been having mild back pain for the past few days. I've also been having very mild tummy aches on and off. I keep thinking I'm going to come on but so far nothing!

Hey. I know this is a personal question but I'm going through something similar myself and was wondering if you ever did get a positive test after this happened to you @PeanutCat1

Hi @Historyis unfortunately it didn't happen for us that month. I think I was over a couple of weeks late when I did come on in the end so I believe it was due to the fact I'd been unwell that month which had probably caused my period to delay. We were very lucky though and got our bfp the following cycle and I am now just over halfway through my pregnancy.
