Ahhh I can’t even believe I’m on this website right now 🤣 13 years later I’ve finally decided im ready to be a mummy again!!! I was 19, now I am 32.

I had my implant put in soon after my first child. I’ve had it renewed every 3 years since. I had it taken on Monday 5th Sept morning.

Does anybody have any stories they can share with me about getting pregnant after the implant? I didn’t have any period, not even spotting for 7 of those years until 2018 I began spotting here and there. Then 2021 I started getting periods every now and again. 2022 I’ve been getting more into a bit of a cycle. I have just finished a period on the day my implant was removed funnily enough.

Anyway, we are EAGER and super excited (but also I know it may take a while and have to keep myself grounded on that). I’ve bought ovulation tests today but kind of regretting it because I feel myself becoming obsessed already!! So yeah basically if anyone has any stories they’d like to share with me it’d be much appreciated 😀

Hey just wanted to say hello as I am also starting over again.... 13 years later 😂 I was 18 when I had my son and now I'm 31 and 13 weeks pregnant. I didn't have the implant so can't offer on that however I was on the pill for 8 years and I fell the first month we started trying so I will have my fingers crossed for you. Just try and enjoy it and don't get too hung up on it all xx

Slightly different to you OP but I've recently come off the pill to start trying to conceive baby number 2, it's only been 4 years for me but it feels like triple that. We are very excited to start trying 🙏

Have not yet had my withdrawal bleed but had a lot of ovulation symptoms and I'm thinking have I conceived already, I don't want to look too much into things as I know how easy it is to obsess over it but fingers crossed it doesn't take long 🤞

Ahh congrats that's amazing!! I've found this pregnancy more tiring but that could also be down to my job as well as I work 10 hour shifts. I've not had any sickness and I didn't with the first one either. Im 25 weeks on Wednesday and it's still all very exciting 😁😁😁 also found out it's another boy so we are all delighted 💙

There are almost fifteen years between my two. I used the mirena rather than the implant though. It took just over a year for me to conceive.
