Am I pregnant or not?

I have been testing the last few days and seem to get some positives and some negatives. Yesterday I tested first thing and got a very faint line so I tested again in the evening and got a clear positive. I was expecting another clear positive this morning but you can barely see it! Then I tested again half an hour later and it's the strongest positive yet. I'm so confused. I did a digital test yesterday which said not pregnant.

With my first I just got one faint positive then they got progressively stronger so this is making me think the tests are dodgy has anyone else had this? Thanks

How frustrating! When was your period due, or if they're not regular, when do you think you might have conceived?

@MsVestibule periods are a bit erratic since having dc1 but have been around 30 - 32 days the last few months. I got a positive ovulation test on cd 16 so assuming I ovulated on the 17th I'm that puts me at 11 days post ovulation. Today is cd 28.

I can't understand why there was barley a line this morning but a clear positive half an hour later! I hadn't drunk anything between tests

That first test you did this morning looks like a dud. The second one is a clear positive!

Can you bear to leave it a few more days and try again? I would say you are pregnant - it's very early days, which could be why some tests just aren't picking up the hormone changes yet as they're not strong enough. (Sorry, I'm sure you already know that!)

Too early and also you're using tests of different strengths. Wait a couple of days, test again, and if you are comparing day after day use first morning urine and the exact same type of test

I got a line fainter than your most recent one and then got my positive digi 2 days later so you've still got time. I'd just wait a couple days but most likely you are pregnant x

Thanks everyone hopefully it's just too early for some of the tests to pick up good point about using different test brands too that's probably not helping haha!

I couldn't resist testing again I just took these a minute ago and it looks pretty conclusive to me!!! Just going to ignore this mornings test and hope for the best🤞🏻😁 thanks everyone

me and my partner are about to start trying for a baby and just wondering if your partner is on sertraline can this affect conception. Does anyone have a partner on sertraline and been ok getting pregnant?

@diana88 my dh is on setraline and although it didn't prevent us conceiving I think it did put extra pressure on him as it can often affect the ability to finish (sorry perhaps tmi)
