Can anyone describe what women mean when they say pinching feeling before BFP? Please

I feel like someone is grabbing my side and squeezing I'm not claiming or guessing if I'm pregnant as I've had this feeling before and BFN but is that what they mean?

Could be. I had a feeling like somebody had hold of the back of my belly button and was pulling it inwards, very odd!
