BFN at 12dpo but normally have period by now!

I have short luteal phases, I always always have spotting by 11dpo. The only time I wasn't spotting by 11dpo I was pregnant. Well I'm 12dpo and no sign of any spotting, I've become more sure as the day's gone on that I must be pregnant. It's my 12th month TTC so I'm desperate now. I just did an early response test after a 3 hour hold and BFN 😭 Am I out for sure?

I was randomly 8 days late last month, my cycles are usually spot on (9 months TTC) messed me up so badly! I really have everything crossed for you though x
