10dpo BFN - anyone else in last part of the TWW?

Feeling miserable today as BFN on a FRER at 10dpo, even though I convinced myself I don’t mind too much about falling this cycle as we have a holiday in a couple of weeks.

Anyone else in the same part of their cycle and want to wait out the last few days of the TWW together?

And anyone had a BFN at 10dpo but gone on to have a BFP a few days later?

it is all consuming trying not to think and test isn't it! Wishing everyone luck.

I've been TTC for last year with no joy and known low AMH from a previous relationship where male factor was an issue.

Currently waiting for my partner to have semen analysis and waiting for gynae referral as now 36 next week and worried my AMH may be lowering.

I'm technically late for period...usually cycle 24-28 with average 26 according to flo app. I don't track ovulation. My last period was 30 days and I'm currently day 31 today so waiting for it to arrive any time now.

But no period symptoms nor pregnancy symptoms. I did test yesterday with a cheap strip and BFN. Don't know what's causing longer period cycles. Worried it's to do with my AMH...

Hiiii both. I'm 8/9dpo today but haven't braved testing yet! I get so anxious about it

I've seen loads of people have bfn until 14 or 15dpo, sometimes even later so I hope you get yours too :)

@TTCRose Sorry to hear of your struggles. My AF is also technically late but I was using ovulation tests and I know I ovulated really late so I’m not actually expecting it until around Thursday. I also had a randomly short cycle in June so am definitely wondering what’s causing the irregularity.

@Flowersflowers121 well done for not testing! If you can continue to restrain I think the better.

It would be nice to eventually get a BFP

@Charl881 I have no clue when or if I ovulated. So going blind but like I said never have a cycle longer than 29 days really. But last month was 30 and now 31?! 🙄

hey @Charl881 ! i'm in the same boat -- totally understand how miserable it can make you feel. stay optimistic though cause you really never know! my period is due on Friday (but they've been a little irregular recently due to breastfeeding so not a 100% on that!) I stupidly took a tesco test yesterday and got a bfn and feeling really sad about it - i'm getting the feeling i'm probably already out 🙁

Hi @Charl881 I got a BFN today and am 12 DPO according to my app (I will start tracking properly once I’m on CD 8 onwards).

when I conceived my son I didnt test at all until the week after my missed period as I’d got so upset each month seeing the BFN and I wish I could get back into that mindset again. It was a very obvious line then because I had waited.

Just to add, I’m also having really wild and strange cycles. I had Covid the end of May and it delayed my AF by nearly 2 weeks! And my cycle has been crazy ever since.

I was 10dpo on sunday and got a BFN. My period isn't due until 14dpo (Thursday) though so hoping it was just too early. I've had a few 'symptoms' but we'll see. Trying to hold out testing again up until thursday morning.

@Tophy124 Exactly the same here! Just never tested until I’d missed a period with DS, I don’t know why it’s so different this time around. At least I resisted until 10dpo this time, I usually cave at 8. Will aim for 12 next cycle.

Looks like you can have a BFP after a BFN on 10dpo… not quite calling this a BFP and fully expecting it could be another chemical, but here is my line this morning, definitely pink in person.

Been ttc for 18 months (le sigh). Have everything crossed this month. AF due on Friday. Have not tested, and resisting the urge (just about). Feel like I have 'symptoms' but trying not to get my hopes up!

@Schnoodle Just to reassure you I was 20m trying when I got pregnant with my son so hang in there I know its tough. 1 year trying now, 10 dpo tests negative

Ours were fine too I've pcos but ovulate monthly all other tests were clear so not sure what to do. I hope you get yours too xx

Hi everyone! Just to give you all a little reassurance, I had a mmc last March and didn’t start ttc#1 again until August. I was convinced I was pregnant, I had pulling type niggles (not like my usual AF cramps), feeling very tired and my appetite was through the roof but tested bfn at 10dpo. I tested again when AF was due at 14dpo and I got my bfp! That bfp is now fast asleep on me at 3 months old. I’ve never managed to get a bfp early so I know the tww is the worst time. Sending lots of baby dust to you all 💕
