This is a deep breath thread.
So I’ve just failed to conceive on cycle 8, I’ve read absolutely everything, and I’ve decided what I need is to move my body gently, and really get in the flow, so you know what I mean?
Less panicking, more sexy yoga and swimming and being lovely to my body.
Also doing OPKs and bbt charting, but the difference this cycle is I’m really going to try for a zen approach, being in tune with my body.
I know there’s little scientific evidence for me but I know I feel sort of goddess like when doing yoga, and much higher libido.
Anyone with me?
My AF is due tomorrow (just so you know where I’m at in my cycle if you want to join)
