Referred to fertility clinic what to expect?

Hi I have PCOS and have been ttc unsuccessfully for a year now. I haven't had a period for about 3 months due to my really irrelegular cycles. I have had blood tests and swabs etc done and all come back normal so I have been referred to the fertility clinic.

I'm just wondering if anyone has any idea what I can expect to happen next? And is there anything I can be doing in the meantime to help?

Just feeling really deflated

Also have PCOS. I was given some Provera (progesterone) to try to normalise my cycle and then blood tests to check for ovulation. They struggled to detect any ovulation and ultimately had IVF. Now have a lovely IVF son, his naturally conceived brother and am pregnant again. Weight loss, exercise, thyroxine (hypothyroidism too here) and eliminating caffeine and alcohol seemed to help massively.

Wow thanks so much for responding, and congrats on having a lovely family. Hoping they may prescribe me the same. I do drink a fair bit of tea so will switch that to decaff but I don't drink so should be all good there.

Out of interest how long did IVF take and did you go privately or is it provided on the NHS?
