I'm going to be testing on Sunday 🙃🤞🏼 7th Aug, anyone else testing on the same day? Or near enough? How's your TWW been??

@Mimmi22 AF arrived this morning... I also had Covid recently, and my last cycle (and this one) were a bit slow to start, and spotted for days before... Sorry about your BFN... we are one cycle closer to a BFP!

@H1994 oh I’m sorry about AF, but it must be good to know either way, and you can soon get on with trying for this month. Pesky Covid making things even more confusing and anxiety-inducing. Good luck!!

@H1994 exact same thing happened to me last cycle.
in the end I had a squinted the day AF arrived in the evening. I wondered if it was a chemical?

@anotherscroller I'm not entirely sure... my last cycle started like this too (v unlikely to have been a chemical for me then as we were using condoms) but perhaps? Its tough to know isn't it

AF still hasn’t turned up for me and I think I’ve got my reason why… despite feeling for days like I had period symptoms!

Not sure how much I trust these cheapie tests, so hoping it’s not a false +

@anotherscroller yep, I did a test over the weekend and then one on Monday which was AF due date. All negative. Apparently these One Step tests tend to show quite faint results at first.

I think I might have ovulated later than my tracked ovulation date, so I’m glad we kept going dtd for a few days after the window!

@anotherscroller Yep, you never know for sure until AF arrives - did an early response digital a few days before AF in my first pregnancy and that was BFN too. Good luck!!

@NatGee Thank you! :) Yes, I did a First Response yesterday and the digital Clear Blue this morning and both were clearly positive.

@Mimmi22 such great news! did you do anything different that can help us out perhaps? on your third cycle as well!!! hoping third time will work for us too xxx

@NatGee yes we did - we started using the Pregnacare his and hers conception vitamins (expensive, but because we’re 36 and 38 figured we might need it :/) this month and also tried Preseed lube.

We stuck to having sex every other day, including the week after my predicted ovulation date (was only using an app to track) because I suspected I might have ovulated late.

No idea if any of this helped of course, but nothing hindered so worth a try! Hope you get a lucky 3rd month ⭐️

I am 38 and OH 39 so we're not young 'uns either! I will be doing a lot of things differently this month so we'll see if it all works
