Anyone testing or due AF last week of July?

Currently in the 2 week wait, having some symptoms also had some negative tests. Is there anyone who is also anxiously awaiting bfp/af to relate symptoms?!

Hello! Yes, me too. I am 9DPO today and my husband and I have agreed to test at 11DPO. He likes to wait longer so that we don't risk getting 'false negatives' whereas I'd probably test from about 2DPO if it were up to me haha! This is my first cycle and so it's all new to me but I've read that if your CM starts to dry up after 7DPO it means your period is on the way rather than pregnancy, which is exactly what has happened to me. I'm therefore assuming I am not pregnant but will still test and see. Good luck to you both!!

@imy that seems reasonable! I never knew I would be like this but I seem to have turned into a bit of a serial tester 😆this is my first cycle also! Have you had any other pregnancies? I read that about cm also. The symptom affecting me the most at the moment is the 'metallic taste' and before that, I think it was day 8 my boobs swelled and were really sensitive but they have settled now?! I hope that it is not the case for you and you get your bfp soon

@CloverMummy No this is my first pregnancy and I've been on the pill for 14 years so this is all v new (including having periods let alone the pregnancy side of things!). Your symptoms sound really promising! Is this your first?

Wow that must be really strange to go back to periods after so long! I had the copper coil but was always pretty regular with that too. I have two children already but this is my first time cycle tracking. I feel like they are but is it my body or mind tricking me because I know what I'm looking for? 🤔time will tell.

@imy with my first it is hard to say as I found out when I was around 8 weeks! With my second I caught straight away and was able to pick up pregnancy from around 2-3 weeks. Saying this, they are both older now so it is a bit vague from memory. I am around 10dpo. Have you been using opk?

@CloverMummy I'm having some twinges in my right side today. I think it's more around my ovary though which is strange so I don't think it can be pregnancy related! This is baby #2 and I can remember my symptoms with DD and they weren't like this. It was more of a tugging sensation in the centre of my abdomen. I'm such an over thinker though so I notice everything!

@CloverMummy tested with a clear blue this morning (one of the early result ones) and it was negative! I’ve had some pink, light spotting this afternoon which I did assume was my period but then it stopped. My hormones will still be settling after coming off the pill but a small part of my is holding out hope that it could be implantation bleeding! How about you?

Please can I join you ladies. I’m 10dpo today (another app I have says 9dpo) and due AF in 3 days. I tested this morning and BFN.

I’ve been very chilled this cycle (second cycle ttc for baby#2) but I have actually felt quite poorly for the past few days with extreme bloating, sickliness and now a headache that’s gone on for over a day (unusual for me). So it did feel really disappointing getting bfn this morning..

@vitahelp it's still early days. Hoping you get that bfp this cycle 🤞🏼 I'm struggling with the disappointment at the minute. We are also ttc #2 this is only cycle 3 and I know that sounds ridiculous and really unfair because I know many ladies have been trying for a heart breaking amount of time. It's just hard when you want something so much ❤️ I already feel like I'm out this month and I'm only 8dpo today. I've had a couple of cramps but not like when I conceived DD. Sending you all lots of baby dust ladies ✨

@Nita19 I hope so and I really hope you do too. I know what you mean, I’m already impatient and tired of waiting which feels silly when it’s only my second cycle trying. I got pregnant on my second cycle with DD though and think once I’m past that point I’ll convince myself I’m too old this time round..silly I know!

How is everyone doing?

I'm 11/12 dpo today. I tested Sat and Sun morning and both were BFN. Temp dropped a lot yesterday but up a bit again today. Still assuming I am out. Felt rough all weekend, headache and very tired but I think it was just the effect of a busy week at work catching up after holiday. AF due tomorrow (cycles not really in a pattern yet though as only came off the pill a few months ago). Doubt I will test again unless AF ends up a few days late.

Huge congratulations @CloverMummy that's lovely news 🥰 not sure what to say about me! I'm 12dpo getting negative tests. I've had cramps since yesterday morning along with some spotting which has all now stopped! AF is due Friday.... I think it's too late for implantation so it's probably AF about to grace me with her presence!

@Nita19 Thank you so much! ❤That still sounds promising! I had some awful cramping too. I read that two lines can take even a week after AF is due to show because implantation can happen at any time. On the morning when I took the test there was nothing, later that night I nearly fainted when I saw the hint of a very faint second line. I hope that it just creeps up on you I really do

@imy any news? Clear blue are the worst tests so I hear. The one step hcg are the ones that picked up my bfp first xxx
