TWW- worried about implantation in major heat abroad

Hi, this may sound like a ridiculous question but I’m currently in the TWW, af due next mon/ Tues the problem is I’m currently abroad in Morocco- in major heat 40 degrees +.

I’m trying my best to keep cool but I’m worried extreme body heat has an effect on implantation? Does anyone know? As I’m not used to this heat will be body be too hot for it to stick this month?

No need to worry. Your internal temp stays much the same. Women in hot countries get pregnant all the time 😁

Haha thank you for the reply! I did think that but was worried that as a pasty English woman my body might be in shock with this heat 🤣

And I read somewhere that it’s best to avoid saunas and things that so thought the heat might have an effect?

Inside your body it's around 37 degrees anyway. I wouldn't worry about it.

I spent a lot of time in a hot tub during my TWW a couple of years back (I didn't know I was in the TWW- blissfully ignorant!), all was well.
