Symptoms of early pregnancy

Hi all
My boyfriend and I are TTC for our fist baby. We sadly had a miscarriage a couple of months ago. I waited until I had a period before we started trying again. I am currently in the dreaded 2WW, period due this day week.
I have some symptoms (but different symptoms to my previous pregnancy). I have on/off cramps (heavy feeling too and mostly on right side), feeling dizzy/tired and random hot flashes. I also have thick white discharge. I don't have sore/heavy boobs or an unusual taste in my mouth (which I did with my previously pregnancy). Could I be pregnant or maybe I'm reading into these symptoms too much. Let me know if you have had different symptoms with different pregnancies :)

I had an ivf embryo transfer yesterday. We've been TTC since 2017. And this is our 7th round of ivf (probably our last in all honesty).
I've lost count of how many tww I've been through. It's hard but the worst thing you can do is symptom spot. 9/10 times it's progesterone levels mimicking what could be pregnancy symptoms - one of life's cruel irony's!

You can spend the entire time obsessively googling everything, and you'll find an example of everything - a positive test 3dpo, never getting positive test, but was pregnant anyway, sore boobs - pregnant, no sore boobs - pregnant, headache - pregnant, nausea - pregnant, no nausea - pregnant and so on.
You can drive yourself mad. The only way I've managed to get through them all is by giving myself half an hour a day to obsess over it all and then just carry on with my life.

I really hope you get the news you want, especially after a loss. But give yourself a break, ttc is a rollercoaster.

@torfa thanks for your reply. Wishing you all the luck with your journey, hope you also get the news you want.
You are right, it definitely is a rollercoaster and you do drive yourself mad. At least I know I'm not alone with the symptom checks and the obsessive googling. You are right, I need to give myself a break and just waiting to test (or for my period).

I'm about 4 or 5 weeks pregnant ATM. My symptoms consist of bigger boobs, stomach cramps, and a bit of extra white discharge. I had one MC 2 years ago and I have the same symptoms as I did then so dreading it tbh. When are you going to test?

Dawnymillz · 03/07/2022 18:20

@ShaneTwane congratulations! 🤗wishing you all the luck with your pregnancy. I think I'm going to wait a couple of days after my period is due. Longest wait ever!!!

ttc 3 looking out for boob pain but who knows might not get it with this one?? Good luck!

Dawnymillz · 03/07/2022 23:06

@J1290 @Myrah24 yeah I knew something was different when my boobs were heavy and sore last time so I'm thinking its unlikely this time but who knows. Trying not to think about it too much, thanks girls 😊

looking for advice. Period is due this week, I have been tired and having back ache for the last 5 days or so. I have struggled to sleep and have had strange dreams. I have had some stomach pains, one during the night that resulting in the tinniest bit of spotting. Last week I had a numb tingling feeling down there that was on and off for a day. I have sensitive nipples but not overly sensitive. I am wondering if this is pregnancy symptoms or pms that’s just different this month. When should I test if so?
