Negative test 13dpo, AF one day late... is there still hope?

So I usually have 11 day luteal phase. AF was due yesterday and hasn't arrived. BFN yesterday (12dpo) on FMU. Same again today 13dpo but not with FMU. My temps have been slowly dropping, when they usually drop suddenly the day AF arrives. I know im probably out, but has anyone got any success stories of a late positive? I did OPKs and track BBT so I am confident my dates are right...

Which test did you use? With some of my children (8 pregnancies, 6 babies, 5 of them living) I didn't get even a faint line on cheapies but the latest I got a very faint bfp in frer was 12dpo. Temp dropping is not encouraging but if you have tests I'd keep testing until AF or BFP. Good luck!

@MoscowDragon8 I used a FRER yesterday at 12dpo. Cheapie this morning as it wasn't FMU and as I'm not hopeful I thought I'd save the rest of my FRERs for next cycle 😂 temp dropping is making me think I'm out but it is still above coverline so part of me is still hoping 🙈.
If AF hasn't arrived by tomorrow and temp still above coverline I'll probably do one last FRER to double check.
