Can you test if you suspect implantation bleeding?

I've had a very light, 1 day period. This never happens. Also a week late. I'm not TTC, and me and husband use condoms. PT negative today, but now I've got a niggly worry of what if???? Did I take it too soon?

Or maybe just a weird period or the starting signs of menopause?

Any advice?

If you're a week late you should have a pretty strong pregnancy test by now so I wouldn't worry too much xxx
