Hi. I just wondered if anyone has had success with 9 cell day 3 embryos. Or has anyone had healthy blastocysts from 9 cell day 3 embryos? Thanks

Hey lovely

I did write you a reply but this stupid thing keeps deleting or moving the words around.

I had 2 9 cells day 3 transferred but am on day 3 now do still too early to test.

How did your transfer go hun

@SusanTurner

Hi. Sorry for delay. I did batching so they were frozen at day 3 and then thawed to grow to blastocyst stage for transfer. Unfortunately, my transfer was cancelled as the 9 cell day 3 embryo became a poor blastocyst and could not be transferred. I also had an 8 cell which was better but still not good enough for transferring.

I only have 7 day 3 embryos left now and I should get 2 or 3 blastocysts from these. I’m 41 so I cannot make more embryos as egg quality is not as good. Problem is I keep getting recurring gardnerella as well so have to keep tackling that before a transfer.

Good luck with your IVF journey.

@SusanTurner I’m sorry you’ve having this stress. Are you on progesterone as sometimes crinone can cause a bit of spotting? I suggest you call your clinic and ask to speak to a nurse or a consultant if possible.
