Why do I always do this to myself 😂

I tested yesterday at 7dpo with FRER and it was negative and after crying all morning convinced it should be showing something (even though I know it's too early) told myself I wouldn't test again until 12 dpo but, was a little dehydrated this morning and couldn't help myself.

What do you think?? Am I crazy. Talk me down!
